1. Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Perishable items (e.g., opened dry fruits) are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with proof (photos).
